Building plans for residential area ‘Blaricummermeent’ remained on the drawing board for a long time due to the crisis; ‘waiting land’ was created where land art ‘t Tussenom invites people to discover the site of the future residential area in the meantime. On the four sides of wooden posts are anamorphic images that tell stories about the past, present and future of the area. Each story is visible from one perspective, allowing one to both walk ‘around’ the poles of ‘t Tussenom from a distance to see the four images, and also to experience the intimacy close by moving playfully “between” the erected poles.
